Following the release of Germany's producer price data for July at 2.00 am ET Tuesday, the euro traded mixed against its major rivals. While the euro rose against the pound, it retreated against the rest of major rivals.
The euro was trading at 118.10 against the yen, 1.0870 against the franc, 0.9143 against the pound and 1.1084 against the greenback around 2:05 am ET.
