Australia will on Wednesday see March results for the leading economic index from Westpac, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity. In February, the index dipped 0.43 percent on month.
Australia also will see March figures for skilled vacancies; in February, vacancies were down 0.2 percent on month.
Malaysia will release March numbers for consumer prices; in February, inflation was flat on month and up 1.3 percent on year.
Korea will see March figures for producer prices; in February, producer prices were down 0.3 percent on month and up 0.7 percent on year.
