At 2:00 am ET Monday, Destatis has released German retail sales figures for December. After the data, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 126.93 against the yen, 1.0815 against the franc, 0.8826 against the pound and 1.2126 against the greenback around 2:05 am ET.
